Pull valve cover.... if you have a valve stuck open [rusted in position]
that valve will have YUUUUGE valve clearance.. easy to find..

If you find that, tap the valve stem with a long drift punch and hammer. If
it breaks loose, good.. spray lube penetrant on valve stem first...
