Hi Andrew, I finally installed the solenoid you sent me. Unfortunately it is non functional. After installing and seeing no change in in my heating issue, I took it back out and tried to activate using 12 volts from my battery to the connector posts on the solenoid and there was no response. It should pop the valve up and down upon application of electricity. There was zero action. I ended up getting another one locally and will be testing it later today. I will gladly to pay for shipping and the trouble you went through to send me the items. Just let me know the amount and where to send. Thanks again for your effort, Mike
