That might require a bit more conversion John. The article I read indicates that the builder used a belt drive to power the shaft and essentially created his own cooling system using an agricultural diaphram pump. The info is a bit sparse but he appears to have wrapped copper pipe around the manifold for cooling and says it works fine. Really a very basic boat in one way but quite different in another.
