Unfortunately, the budget does not include the garage right now. BUT, once my house in Wichita sells, we are going to tackle the garage. Depending on how much we make it could end up just being a 24X24 garage. Or, it might be a 24X30 garage and if we really sell well, it will have an upstairs man cave/guest room/poker room.
