You can jumper the socket after removing the relay and see if applying direct power will energize the pump.  I forget which holes work the magic but you can find that somewhere.

Might want to check that first. The test is to access the fuel pump
connection plug, then with key on, test for power to the fuel pump. No
power, likely the relay is malfunctioned.

It's been a while since I've dealt with one, so memory may not be perfect.
I do recall the relay is much easier to change out than the fuel pump...
may want to start there. ;)
