No pivots, tensioner pulley is elsewhere, but yes, both bolts completely removed. Could get a rod as long as one of the bolts in there, but that's about it. Fan and radiator still in place. Would be a little afraid of breaking the mounting ear off the timing cover if I gave it a stout whack with a 2lb. The front half of the upper mount has a split steel sleeve pressed into it, I'm not sure if the lower mount has the same.
