I helped my Dad make a camper out of two C45 (Twin Beech D18) fuselages. They had been damaged in wind on the ground. He took the bed off a Studebaker pickup, welded a frame, and cut and riveted parts together until we had the camper. My ears are still ringing from bucking all those rivets 55 years later. It was on the road a good 40 years.
