Online. And what gets me is when I go to bid on my car, I’m bidding then was the winner, somebody outbid me. I let it get about half way thru the countdown before it closes and usually put my bid in at about the 3/4 mark. Somewhere after half and 3/4 it was declared sold on approval. In other words, it appears they ended bidding too early.
