Probably a five speed. Either a normal 5sp from a 190E or 190D NA, or possibly the 16v Getrag with 1:1 5th gear.
It's the first time I've seen a green turbo, makes me wonder if it's a tranny swap or a motor swap. The right fender would tell that tale, the VIN would tell it for sure. That engine pic does look like OM602 turbo, I just don't know if it's original to that chassis. I do know there were no 5sp 190D turbos sold in this country.
