That is the progressive tax. You should be happy that you are
subsidizing someone else's purchase, or put on your yellow shirt and go
downtown for a protest

You are welcome. I have found that item-specific coupons generally have a
discount more than 20%, so using a 20% coupon doesn't help, but I don't
know about 25% coupons.
And, of course, the fine print will get you: You can't get welders or
toolboxes.
