Hood bumpers are a common part.  The gear shift cover is a reproduction, I 
believe. I bought it from these guys:

I got engine mounts, a transmission mount, that gearshift bushing and cover, a 
trunk seal and a set of “B” pillar seals from them for under $400 shipped to 
the States.  Placed the order Monday night our time, it arrived here this 
afternoon.  Their stuff is really high quality, too, I’m very pleased.
