I assume you'd want to swap over the fenders, and the front subframe complete with suspension and drivetrain... IIRC you might need to do some work on the inner fender panels too. Back end should be as simple as swapping subframes if and only if the coupe rear subframe is the same as the sedan. And then there's all the wiring...
