Can you tell us each test you performed and the voltage of each test
condition?
If you will do that, it will help to get to the root of your problem.
You have been treating symptoms and guesses, but not the problem.

The glow plugs relay doesn't have a strip fuse. I have done all battery
tests. The new battery in the car is an interesting battery. Brand new yet
it is drained after a week's installation. That's why I took it to a
Mercedes-Benz of silver spring (MD) dealership. That's where they diagnosed
ignition swotch ad the issue.
