Here's a clue: The IRS employees love to kick us when we're down.
The TRUTH came out this time: This is the FIRST time any of them ever
missed a check on time.

FYI - furloughed feds will be paid eventually but until then have no
income. Some who live paycheck to paycheck are relying on free meals, e.g.
TSA workers. Most Coast Guard members live below the poverty line.
