We've got basically no snow, maybe an inch on the ground, supposed to maybe get an inch or two tonight. I took the ASV out Thursday to get it warmed up and see if the heater would work after replacing the hoses. The heater sits higher than the engine but apparently purges no problem, I'll stop down this week and see if it needs more coolant but it ran for about half an hour at a steady 185F so I'll call that a win.On the troubling side I took my volt gauge that plugs into the 12v port. It reported 12.3v which rose to 12.5 if I turned off the lights and eventually as high as 13.3 sitting just off idle. I wonder if the batteries are a little off, I'll take the charger down and let it go for a couple hours and see if that makes a difference. It's only a 55a alternator and we've got a lot of lights... A 120a replacement is available.

She said she had seen the car telling her it was 26 below, but she thought the thermometer in the car was faulty. She said it didn't seem that cold. Some year you should take a vacation and go ride the trails up there.
