I never finished the return online thing, because I didn't agree to their terms.   I went back and did it over and this time checked the box that you could see the part was installed, and you can see it was.   By doing that their online return thing said someone will call me.  So I hope to hear from them Monday.   The trick is to say you started  to install it and that you  can tell the install had been attempted.

Either way, it is very frustrating to tear down the vehicle and not be able to install the new part while the vehicle is leaking fluids all over the driveway, only to have to put it back as it was; then wait a week for the right thing to show up.   It will all have to be done over again.

My order clearly says  LEFT.   Their catalog clearly said LEFT.   The part number is what was ordered.   But as of yesterday afternoon, their catalog clearly says RIGHT by the part number they shipped.   SO I guess someone else already showed them they screwed up.

I got a warm body a few years ago when I got something that was clearly
mislabeled. I called 608-661-1376
I called and talked with a person, too, but I don't recall what number I
called.
