If you stare at the issue long enough it does become obvious.

The w113 is of the era of w110/111/112/114/115/116 design class

R107 follows the 108/109 numbering scheme of dart board naming

With the advent of the w123, we moved to the  w126/w124 and needing a 
replacement for the long in the tooth, R107, follow with a w129.  There must be 
a large hole in the desert where the w127/128 are buried.
