On the 603 engines, I think Dave M will confirm that it is easier to remove the ALDA, with the intake in place, than it is to adjust it. Unfortunately, you may have to remove the manifold the first time, as the ALDAs are very tight from the factory, and you may need the space. If you are going to remove the manifold, you should order all new plastic clips for the fuel lines, as they get brittle over time. Break it loose, remove it, cut the cap seal, adjust it 1 turn CCW, and put it back, but not so tight, for future access. It is definitely worth the trouble, either way. You will be amazed!
