With modern high-intensity/LED headlights does it really matter? I find night driving very difficult with all the piercing, blue-tinged headlights right in your eyes or mirrors. The glare is like nothing I've ever seen with regular incandescent headlights. Are there even DOT regulations on headlights anymore? Seems like anything goes, the brighter the better.
