Most commonly available additive is bioD. It boosts cetane and ads the
missing lubricity. B5 is supposed to be enough. B10 would be better,
but it is not available premixed. B100 or b99/b98 all work too.

Better take a good look at an exploded diagram of those pumps... The
pressure parts that pressurize fuel to cause the injector pop valve to pop
needs fuel lube... rest of the pump uses engine oil lube...
You might decide adding some lube to the fuel is a low cost insurance.
