If pretty isn't a real consideration, consider Henrys roof seal ,  It comes
in black and white.. the white version might not look "to bad".
They also make a tape to go under the paint on roof seal, if you have
extreme rust holes to deal with. The stuff is really tough, it will hold up
in Arizona summer heat with roof temps above 160 F... so might work for you.
Comes in quarts, 1/2 gal. and gallons.. or 5 gallon buckets... [in case you
really like it and want to do the whole car.. haha]
Home Depot, Lowes, etc carry it.
