Does anyone have a new or preferably good used wiper arm for rear hatch of 82 300TD? I reassembled the assembly in my daughters car last week (and it works great now), however, being the manly man that I am, I gave it gave it that one extra little umph to make sure it was snug and busted the alumium watchamacallit. ah well... One other mistake I made that may have contributed was that I added a thicker washer to the mix when I put it back together. Any thoughts Thanks, Mike 1981 300SD 1982 300TD 1973 220D - sold to daughters boyfriend for $400.00 - he sold his 95 Saab to trade up. :) From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Apr 22 11:46:05 2006 Received: from vms046pub.verizon.net ([206.46.252.46]) by server5.arterytc5.net with esmtp (Exim 4.52) id 1FXGYv-0005UK-DV for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Sat, 22 Apr 2006 11:46:05 +0000 Received: from g6300xl ([71.115.173.2]) by vms046.mailsrvcs.net (Sun Java System Messaging Server 6.2-4.02 (built Sep 9 2005)) with ESMTPA id <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Sat, 22 Apr 2006 06:45:59 -0500 (CDT) Date: Sat, 22 Apr 2006 07:45:56 -0400 From: "MICHAEL ESH" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Mercedes Discussion List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Message-id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> MIME-version: 1.0 X-MIMEOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.2869 X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2869 Content-type: text/plain; format=flowed; charset=iso-8859-1; reply-type=original Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-priority: Normal References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> X-Antivirus-Scanner: Clean mail though you should still use an Antivirus Subject: Re: [MBZ] Are these cars worth all the effort X-BeenThere: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.6 Precedence: list Reply-To: Mercedes Discussion List <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Id: Mercedes Discussion List <mercedes_striplin.net.striplin.net> List-Unsubscribe: <http://striplin.net/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_striplin.net>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Archive: <http://striplin.net/pipermail/mercedes_striplin.net> List-Post: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Help: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> List-Subscribe: <http://striplin.net/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_striplin.net>, <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 22 Apr 2006 11:46:05 -0000
I love the simplicity of the diesel and the beauty and comfort of my 81 300SD.
