Not very likely. I'm retired from Navy Reserve now. Retired from active duty would be called before me. Army did that for the surge back in 2008, Navy did not being back any retired that I know of, although they can always make exceptions for "by name" recall if someone has a needed skill. They recalled a bunch of retired folks when Reagan brought the battleships back out of mothballs, for instance. There were no Gunner's Mates left who knew how to operate those sixteen inch guns.
