The all want everything free. In the real world, the place where
everything is free is prison or slavery. So the kollyfoneyians vote
for morons who promise free stuff, but enslave/imprison them.
Unfortunately, the goobers forgot to prevent the inmates from
escaping. So they flee to free states, and the wetbacks of every COO
stream in for the freebies.

California is beautiful, but the government and people suck. Although
most of the people I have encountered have been nice.
