All spayed/neutered and have first two rabies shots (except one wild one still needs second shot). Local vet did neutering free (only paid for shots). Unfortunately, all but two turned out to be females (at about $100/spay). A local animal welfare group relocates adoptable cats and dogs from local shelter to northern states where they are in short supply. Kill rate at county shelter went from about 90% to 10%.
