I see this in my Nissan, not that it's particularly relevant to your
question. First half of the tank covers about 2/3 of the total
range. Gauge drops rapidly once half a tank. I figure it's marketing,
somehow. "Wow I've gone 100 miles and the gauge is still on Full"
