Good job. Those switches are vulnerable to anything spilled on the console (traditionally, Germans don't eat in cars but Americans do). Plus there are decades of dust and corrosion. Switches are mechanically simple (EZ repair if plastic not brittle) but springs make assembly a bit tricky.
