Not only did it pass it was a wide margin.The car makers and their lobbyists 
really cranked up their fear campaign on this one. This was actually the second 
right to repair vote in MA. The first had even more support...

I like seeing some pushback against the trend of vehicles becomming less
like things you own and more like things you buy a license to use under
terms dictated by the manufacturer.
