I was surprised and pleased that the Sam's Club Michelins I bought for EM
were finished with a torque wrench.  Don't know about other places as I have
only bought there for years.

Since I don't want the wheels tightened with an impact wrench - I takes the
wheels (all 4) off and take them to the shop for new tires.
They don't have a clue which car they'er going on. Most will ask - so tell
them one that takes the tires you're buying.
