So....Mine has the old "trap" removed, but replaced with the new "oxidizing
catalyst"...does that mean I use the higher "trap removed" numbers, or the
lower "with trap" numbers...or will it fall somewhere in between...or is it
unknown?

The 0-ring goes on the delivery valve holder, and seals the upper
"feed" chamber in the pump. when they go bad, the pump leaks fuel
around the delivery valve holders. The copper seal is inside (on top
of the valve body on the 60x pumps, under it on some others). The
copper ring seals the delivery valve/injection line interface, and if
it leaks it will leak back into the fill chamber, not externally. That
leak will cause late (or no) injection at idle, as the pressure in the
line falls off well below the "pop" pressure.
