Unfortunately I work remote and have no idea who these people are or
where they work. They basically moved over from the company we bought.

in-house travel agent group, I’d go in there and got to know this one girl
pretty well. She’d say oh bring me something from wherever kinda joking. So I’d
buy some little souvenir or something and bring it to her, a mug or glass or
something like that. I got great help, anything I wanted.

covid and a recent acquisition of another company, they have now decided to use
a travel team to book our travel for these trips. The company they acquired

me, they put me on Southwest, probably because it came in about $20 cheaper.
WTF? I also have TSA precheck which is tied into my AA account. So flying on
SW I have none of these benefits. One of my co workers will also be going out
there and they have him on AA leaving Jackson MS at 6am and arriving at 10am.
Hotel check in is not until 3, so what is he supposed to do all day? Sit at
the airport? I am sure some people like Southwest and maybe they are great,
but not for me.
Anyway, the point of this rant is to say I will be in ABQ for a week and maybe
I should look for something to drive home and blow off the crappy southwest
cattle car flight back home.
