So this in an interesting concept -- buy a largish property, build a
track and landscaping, etc, build a bunch of metal buildings (pretty
cheap) and let the buyers/owners build them out as they see fit.
Basically a "barndomium" concept but oriented around a race track.
Similar things are built around airstrips so this is kinda the same idea.
I like it. I need to win the lottery! Although if I won the lottery I
could afford to build my own, but then wouldn't be around other
motorheads, so there's that aspect to consider. I'd probably do
something similar but target the weekenders or second/third homeowners,
maybe a variety of sizes to where they could be more affordable to more
casual owners, like a weekend vacation place, maybe from like a 2 car
garage with small apartment on up to larger places.
