I think you can buy used U-haul pickups. Pretty basic, rubber mats, etc. I looked around on the site, but I didn't find anything. Perhaps they are sold out. Enterprise has a few trucks for sale.

I've never spoken to them, but I’ve wondered if they will speak to an average consumer about buying a “basic” truck.
