You might need to re-solder some of the pads where the corrosion was. Fortunately these are conventional surface mount parts, and not BGA packages. (Ball Grid Array, all the connections _under_ the part.) You can work on those with cheap equipment and a steady hand. That one rusted resistor looks bad, and will probably need to be replaced.
What you pray is that none of the traces on the board are compromised, nor the IC's themselves. While you're there check the electrolytic capacitors.
