Looks like MA is on the low side at $0.286.
ME had a big to do last year when a state senator decided she could take the
gas tax money to fix a shortfall in the general fund. She got her hand slapped
right and proper.
I feel like elected officials that try to do things like that should be
automatically removed from office...
