Screw that. A cool million for 2600 sf? Uh, no. It will be interesting to see if this is another 2007-2008 bubble, or if high inflation is here to stay. Fixed income folks are about to get economically crushed. At least in the late seventies you could get a decent return on money market accounts, because interest rates were through the roof. Now, not so much.
