Yeah I have the V2.0 it works, mostly it seems, with the 99E320, 98E420,
99E300s, 05ML500, and sorta with the 99ML320 through the OBD port. Works
on 211s fine too. I have not tried it on my 95SL600, not sure if will
talk to it although it has the round connector and the description says
it will talk to the 129 (and you can buy a cheap adapter off eBay for
the iCarsoft OBD-->38pin round or the one below). You can watch the
nannies in real time too while the car is running/driving. The V3.0
seems to have some more features like graphing of real-time data and
maybe a few other additional features for another $40 but otherwise
seems quite similar to the V2.0 for most functions. I think for the
money it is a decent tool, it is pretty straightforward to use but the
interface is kinda annoying as you have to step through each system to
see fault codes and clear them. Once you get used to it is works OK
though. I have not tried it yet but you can save data and export to a
winders machine somehow by connecting through a USB. and an app maybe.

The compatibility list doesn't include the W210, only the W211, and
there are several complaints/questions listed that say it does NOT
work on their W210.
I'm still wanting a modestly-priced scanner, but so far EVERY one I've
looked at does not instill confidence in me that it's a tool that will do
the job, and continue doing the job for years. Y'know, a TOOL like
any other tool in the box.
