Almost certainly correct. It'd be kind of fun to bring a fuse with you "Okay,
lets just try the sunroof out." and watch them back pedal...

Umm, and perhaps the fuse was pulled because the (popup) sunroof is broken?
Gotta be reading between the lines, I think that's a real possibility.
