She doesn't have a turbo, just an OM617.912. There is quite a lot of crud in the intake, so I was thinking of the EGR as a possibility. It also has some blow by, so that's pushing oil in there too. I'm going to try the custom oil separator idea just to keep the vast quantities of oil out of the air cleaner housing until things clean out and the engine runs like it should.
