Get the codes cleared, put lipstick on that pig and flip for profit. The hoons 
around here value the 500ML very highly. "It's a V8 yo!"

I guess new fluid and bleeding. Had surprisingly few codes, I cleared them all 
and only the one “implausible” trans code came back.

Turns out the guy is from Boston, grew up a mile or two from my first house 
there, he knew exactly where it is. Really nice guy. He was asking $2k and 
turned down some low-end buyers as he didn’t want to sell them a problem. I was 
the perfect sucke... err, buyer as I knew what was going on, more or less. 
Settled on $1200 after he said he’d take 15, he might have taken less...  He 
bought it for $2700 when he needed a ride, drove it for the last few months 
when it started acting up, got a new job and company car so unloading it now 
for whatever he could get without screwing someone over. Decent. 

I guess I’m becoming a 722.9 “expert” now...
