I would think you are correct. The wealthy in China did not get there by
being stupid. They no doubt know that it could all end pretty quickly so
it is a good idea to move as much money outside of the country as
possible. What better investment than land and buildings? Not perfect,
but substantial and not going to disappear like Bitcoin etc.
