Exactly right. Which is the right type of roof. He says one panel locks over the other covering the screws on that one side so they don’t leak. I would imagine you then only have exposed screws on the end which would then be covered by a trim price. Metal roofs are much more expensive than a regular roof but these overlapping type are way more expensive than a regular metal roof.
