I probably don't understand the setup but Randy is correct in stating the breaker rating should not exceed the amp capacity of the wires. In the US that's 15 amp-14 AWG, 20 amp-12 AWG, 30 amp-10 AWG, and 40 amp-8 AWG, and 55 amp-6 AWG for normal copper NM cable.
