I'm pretty sure "anonymous" data is available from third parties. Perhaps even 
non anonymous. Please read the seventh chapter of Charles Duhigg's "The Power 
of Habit". You'll be pretty shocked. That's why certain purchases are best made 
with cash, while wearing a hoodie and a face diaper.

If any of the "current events" of the last several decades *cough* Patriot Act 
*cough* indicates anything, it is that there_is_no_rule_of_law.
