Low mileage would be a plus if you wanted a car of that vintage and style. If you can afford it, you won't care what it costs.

odometer rolled over - I wonder if it was more than ten years old when
they bought it and says EXEMPT in the mileage box on the title, or if
the instrument panel was replaced?
