The "Quinn" tools should be (in theory) better than the "Pittsburgh" brand though I have no real complaints about the Pittsburgh stuff either, it's never let me down.
I think HF tools are as good as/comparable to Craftsman these days. Maybe not as good as the OG Craftsman.
