Battery dead so I put a battery in it and it fired right up. Supposedly has a plugged DPF. Guy is from Florida and it is tagged/registered there. Guy produces what he says is title but it’s actually a receipt for application of title. That’s all he has. No deal. Told him to get a title and maybe I will come back.
