Got one of these Snap-On diagnostic scanners. Haven’t used it in some time, but it will do a number of tests and read codes, however, not for every module. One nice thing about it is the ability to read real-time data, so you can have it hooked up and collecting data while you drive the car.
I’m looking to sell it for a very reasonable amount ($100 + shipping?) with all the cables, personality keys, etc., necessary to work on Mercedes. Another nice thing about is that you could buy the additional modules and cables for other brands of cars,, too. They can be found all over eBay, and I have some extra ones that came with mine, too. I don’t use it and I just want it gone.
