If you don't find a new one, I have the following which were salvaged from
various electronic units and were tested-good a couple of years ago. I've
forgotten how to identify a tantalum capacitor:
5 22mfd 16v 10mm + 5mm and 7.5mm
2 22mfd 25v 13mm + 10mm
3 22mfd 25v 12mm + 5mm
1 22mfd 50v 11mm + 6mm
I can retest to be sure they still hold a charge.
