I have had some moderate success using RTV sealant to fill cracks in washer bottles. Clean the tank well, use some kind of mild solvent to get all the goobers out. Rinse lather repeat then let dry. It is a bit fiddly, you have to use a stick to get it down on the crack on the inside, maybe do a couple applications, and it looks nasty, but once it sets up it lasts pretty well.
